Andy Stager
I'm Andy. I'm a pastor, an obsessive fly angler, and a writer. My life has been an adventure that's brought me from Ohio to South Carolina to South Korea to Switzerland to Colorado. I am a Bowen Family Systems Theory nerd, an occasional dabbler in Continental philosophy, a fly tying geek, a roaster of Guatemalan and Ethiopian coffee, and a slinger of Neapolitan pizzas. I live in central Denver with my wife and three teenage sons. I pastor Saint Patrick Presbyterian Church and I take pastors fly fishing. Along the way I've grabbed a PhD in divinity and a Doctor of Ministry in creative writing.
Tangibles
I am a head guide for Pastors Monday Colorado.
I curate fly fishing experiences for pastors every Monday so they can have a real day off.
My passion is to get tired, lonely, discouraged, and cooped-up pastors out onto the trout waters of Colorful Colorado so they can rediscover goodness and beauty and reconnect with God, creation, and their own hearts.

I am looking for a publisher for my memoir about my first obsessive year fly fishing and my mid-life crisis. I'm also completing a manuscript of poetry. I am glad to teach you to cast a fly rod, speak at your church or club, or read you my poems.
