Carlos Sanchez

Carlos has served in multiple areas of ministry since the age of 18. He has been a lay-leader in his church, worked with YWAM, and has led/served on several short-term mission trips. These experiences, plus a long career in the Army Special Operations community, have taken him around the world many times and given him a variety of skills. Carlos has been deployed to many locations and served in countless precarious situations. He has endured many different expectation gaps over the years.

Carlos has developed a deep desire for pastoral coaching and discipleship. Now that his time with the Army is nearly over, he is ready to launch into a ministry that will truly use all of his developed skills—tiller coaching. He is joining Jim Barnard to coach men and couples through their own expectation gaps. He has already acquired three masters' degrees and his doctorate in Christian leadership and strategic growth to prepare him for this new venture.
